Account owner (user) is responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials (login and password). onepdf.online cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

These Terms do not apply if you have signed a separate Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with ONEPDF for the provision of the Services unless such ELA expressly incorporates these Terms.

Your accounts will stay valid while ONEPDF online services exist (if these Terms of Use are not violated by the user).

The services you can access only when you log in the account:

• You will need a ONEPDF account to access or receive the Services and to receive notices and information from ONEPDF (Customer Account)
• All End User must establish a named account on the ONEPDF Website(End User Account)
• Each person creating a Customer Account or End User Account, must:

a. Be at least 16 years old;

b. Possess the legal right and capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with ONEPDF;

c. Provide their name and email address and nominate a username and password to register, activate and login to their Customer Account or End User Account;

d. Agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms

Subscription and Refund:

By subscribing to ONEPDF, you can enjoy a discounted price for a trial period. If you do not cancel your account, the subscription fee for the service will automatically renew for the same term until termination.

Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge the corresponding subscription fee through your payment method. You can cancel your subscription to ONEPDF at any time and will have access to it until the end of your billing period.

• Access or use the Services except as permitted in these Terms;
• Host images or content on ONEPDF servers or through the Services for any purpose other than for the purpose of using the Services;
• Use the Services to store or transmit malicious code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third- party data contained therein;
• Use the Services in any other manner that puts an excessive burden on the bandwidth of the Services;
• Hack, violate, attempt to violate, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or perform any penetration testing against or on the Services;
• Use the Service to encourage or facilitate any illegal activities, break any Laws, including but not limited to those related to e-commerce, defamation, copyright or privacy;
• Post or transmit via the Services any material that is, in our opinion, likely to cause annoyance, or which is racist, obscene, threatening, pornographic or otherwise which is detrimental to or in violation of ONEPDF’s or a third party’s systems or network security
• You must not, and must not permit any End Users associated with your Customer Account or anyone else to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Services in any way or reverse engineer or access the Services to:

a. Build a competitive product or service to any of the Services;

b. Build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Services;

c. Copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics incorporated into the Services; d. Modify or alter any of the Services without the prior written consent of ONEPDF.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• Customer Content means data, information, content, images, plans, drawings, documents, annotations, markups or other material or information of any type that you upload or is uploaded to any Customer Account or End User Account associated with you;
• ONEPDF’s Intellectual Property means:

a. The Services, any trademarks or brand names, and any advertising and promotional materials used by ONEPDF;

b. Any modified, additional or substituted Intellectual Property

c. Any other materials provided by ONEPDF to the Customer, including but not limited to instructional materials, scripts and related documentation;

d. Anything created during the development of the things listed above, including website, source and object codes, scripts, records, documents, specifications, plans, program listings, designs, calculations and drawings;

e. Intellectual Property Rights means any: copyright, design, patent, trademark, semiconductor, or circuit layout rights (whether registered, unregistered or applied for);

f. Trade, business, company or domain name;

g. Know-how, trade secret, inventions, processes, confidential information (whether in writing or recorded in any form); and any other proprietary, license or personal rights (including without limitation moral rights) arising from intellectual activity in the business, industrial, scientific or artistic fields.

• ONEPDF and its licensors have and retain all right, title and interest, in ONEPDF’s Intellectual Property.
• Subject to the terms of ONEPDF’s Privacy Policy, you grant to ONEPDF, or must procure the grant to ONEPDF of, a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to use and develop the Intellectual Property Rights in the Customer Content to the extent required to:

a. Enable the website to exercise its rights and discharge its obligations under these Terms, including to provide or support the Services, and to offer to provide you with any other goods or services (including other products);

b. Generate aggregated data sets, reports and analysis relating to technical data about customer use of the Services in a form that is anonymized and does not identify you or any individual (Aggregated Data). You acknowledge and agree that ONEPDF will own all Intellectual Property Rights in Aggregated Data.

c. ONEPDF may use Aggregated Data to analyze, improve, support and operate the Services and for related internal business purposes.

General Provisions

• An amendment or variation to these Terms is not effective unless it is in writing and approved by ONEPDF.
• If anything in these Terms is unenforceable, illegal or void then it is served and the rest of these Terms remain in force.
